Fun at full speed.

2019.05.29iOS 12 ~ iOS 15

Background

iPod touch (7th generation) is the successor to the iPod touch (6th generation), becoming the first major update to the iPod touch since 2015. It was released on May 28, 2019, and discontinued on May 10, 2022. It was the final product released and sold in Apple's iPod product line. The Apple A10 system-on-chip in the seventh-generation iPod touch enables the device to support features of iOS 12 that the sixth-generation device could not. This includes ARKit applications, and the Group FaceTime functionality. This device is the first iPod touch to come in a 256 GB storage option— the highest capacity ever offered on an iPod, surpassing the 160GB capacity of the sixth-generation iPod classic.
