Background
Introduced in July 2011, the Mac mini Server (Mid 2011) came with an unlimited license for Max OS X Server Lion. It was housed in the same case size and shape as its contemporary Mac mini Mac mini (Mid 2011). It shipped in a single configuration, with a 2.0 GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, 4 GB of RAM, and two 500 GB hard drives, for $999 U.S.
