Background

The PowerMac 7500 introduced a new wider, more accessible Centris 650-style case. It was powered by a 100 MHz 601 processor (on a removable daughtercard), and had 24-bit composite and S-video input. It sold for $2,700 U.S., and was replaced nine months later by the 7600.
