The Mac Pro Server (Mid 2010) was the server variant of the Mac Pro tower, powered by Intel Xeon "Westmere" / "Bloomfield" / "Gulftown" processors, available in 4-Core, 8-Core, and 12-Core configurations. Introduced in November 2010 as a replacement for the discontinued Xserve, it included an unlimited-client license for Mac OS X Server. It featured no built-in memory and supported up to 128 GB of DDR3 ECC RAM (actual performance on 8/12-Core models). Graphics were handled by an ATI Radeon HD 5770 with 1 GB GDDR5 memory, featuring two Mini DisplayPorts and one dual-link DVI port. Storage options included 1–2 TB SATA drives or a 512 GB SSD. It also came with built-in AirPort Extreme Wi-Fi and dual Gigabit Ethernet. It was discontinued in June 2012.

It featured no built-in memory and supported up to 128 GB of DDR3 ECC RAM (actual performance on 12-Core models). The system was equipped with an ATI Radeon HD 5770 with 1 GB GDDR5 graphics memory, offering two Mini DisplayPorts and one dual-link DVI connector. Storage supported 1–2 TB SATA or 512 GB SSD options, with built-in 802.11n Wi-Fi and dual Gigabit Ethernet. It was discontinued in October 2013.
